Crown Resolution Group
A debt you can actually resolve.
If you heard from us, you probably want this handled and off your mind. That is what we are here for. Pay online in a few minutes, or call and a person will work out an arrangement with you. Either way, it gets sorted.
Where to start
Three doors. Pick whichever fits.
Most people land here holding a letter and wanting it dealt with. Fair enough. Here are the quickest ways to do that.
Pay it online
Look the account up with the file number on your notice, see the balance, and pay by card or bank account. It takes a few minutes and you get a confirmation straight away.
Set up a plan
If clearing it today is not realistic, call and say so. We will work out something you can actually keep up with, and put it in writing before the first payment.
I got a notice
What the account is, where it came from, how to check the letter is really from us, and what to do next.
How this works
No surprises, in four steps.
Collection has a reputation. This is what the process looks like here, start to finish, so you know what to expect.
You hear from us
By letter first. It names the original creditor, the balance, and your file number, so you can match it against your own records.
You look it up
Enter the file number on the payment page to see the current balance, or call and a person will go through the account with you. Nothing is charged at that step.
You choose how to pay
Pay it in full online, pay part of it, or call and set up a schedule. If money is tight, say so. A plan you can keep beats a plan that looks good on paper.
It closes
You get written confirmation of what was paid and what is left. Keep it. Paper beats memory every time.
What to expect
We would rather be the boring option.
Crown Resolution Group is a licensed collection agency, which means there are rules about how we talk to you, when we can call, and what we have to prove. Those rules are the floor, not the goal.
You will get plain answers about what you owe and why. If you ask us to put something in writing, we will. If you have a question about the balance, ask it. We would rather explain than leave you guessing.
Rather handle it by phone?
Plenty of people would. Have the file number from your notice handy and someone here will go through the balance, take a payment, or set up a plan, whichever suits you.

Talk to a person.
Questions about an account, a balance, or a payment plan all get answered by someone here. No phone trees built to lose you.
