Questions people actually ask.

We were asked to help resolve an account that has not been paid. The notice we sent names the original creditor and the balance, so you can see where the account came from. The quickest way to put it behind you is to pay it online with the file number on the notice, or to call and talk it through with a person.

Reasonable question, and asking it is the right instinct. Our letters say Crown Resolution Group in full, and our website is crownresolution.com. Check that the file number on your notice matches what you are being asked for. Do not use contact details from an email or text that you cannot verify; use the number printed on the notice we mailed you, or the one on this site. We will never ask for your full Social Security number, your online banking password, or payment by gift card or wire transfer. If anything about a message feels wrong, call and confirm it with a person before you pay anything.

No. We are a separate company with a similar name, which causes genuine confusion. If you were contacted by Crown Asset Management, that is not us, we have no record of your account, and we cannot help with it. Our rights page explains how to tell which company contacted you.

It is the reference printed on the notice we sent you, and it is how we find your account, both on the payment page and on the phone. Have it handy when you call and things go much faster. If you have lost the letter, call anyway; a person can find the account from your details.

Go to the payment page and enter the file number and account number printed on your notice. You will see the current balance before you decide anything, and nothing is charged at that step. You can then pay by card or by bank account, and you get a confirmation number straight away.

Call us and ask. Payment arrangements depend on the account and on what you can realistically manage, so it is not something to guess at from a web page. The useful number to think about is not what clears the balance today, it is what you can pay every month without wrecking the rest of your budget. Whatever we agree goes in writing before the first payment.

Your card details go from your browser directly to our payment processor, encrypted. They do not pass through this website and they are not stored here. The same is true of bank account details. What this site receives back is a single-use token that cannot be reused to charge you again.
