What this website collects

The website itself collects very little, and this list is complete.

When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you enter, plus the phone number, file number, and subject if you choose to fill those in. This is stored in our database and emailed to our operations inbox.

When you submit the share-your-experience form, we receive the name, the location if you provide one, and the text you write.

We store a one-way hash of your IP address with form submissions. It is salted and cannot be reversed to recover the address. It exists to spot repeated automated abuse of the forms, and nothing else. We do not store raw IP addresses from form submissions.

We use Plausible Analytics, which is privacy-focused and cookie-free. It records page views and a small number of anonymous events, such as whether someone tapped a phone number, so we can tell which pages help people reach us. Plausible does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, does not track people across sites, and does not collect personal data. No advertising or social media trackers run on this site.

We do not use advertising cookies, and there is no cookie consent banner because there are no non-essential cookies to consent to.
