What we actually do
Companies sell or assign unpaid accounts to agencies like ours. When that happens, we become the people you deal with instead of the original creditor. That is the whole business. There is no hidden second thing.
Our job is to work out what you can realistically pay, and to document it properly so the account actually closes. An account that closes is worth more to everyone than one that drags on for years, which is why pressure tactics are bad business as well as bad manners.
How to reach us
By phone, in writing, or through the form on the contact page. A person answers, and if you have the file number from your notice handy they can pull the account up while you are on the line. Payments can be made online at any hour on the payment page.
How we handle your information
We hold account information because we have to in order to do this work. We do not sell it. The privacy policy sets out what we keep, for how long, and who can see it.
